[list]: a line-separated, ordered list of videos and images
[transition length]: the length of the transition (in seconds)
[image length]: the length to display an image (in seconds)
[background audio]: a file containing the background audio

dvdmm [background] [audio] [button size position ...]

[background]: a video or an image
[audio]: an audio file
[button]: a video or an image
[size]: specified as (x size)x(y size) in pixels
[position]: specified as (x),(y) in pixels

dvdsb [option] file [file...]

-d: write image only
-m: mount image only
-s: size check only
